How a Hypno-Healing Session will help you Shift out of the Cancer Identity
Book a session with me here: buy.stripe.com/bIY3gf2Ze9IZ73WcMN
You didn’t come this far… to only come this far!
You’ve been to hell and back on this journey
You’ve fallen and gotten back up hundreds of times.
You hit your rock bottom, seen your darkest hour and yet here you still are!
You’ve come out the other side an entirely different person and now you don’t know quite where you fit anymore.
You’re too big to fit your old life and too small to fit your new life… a bud ready to just sprout open
So “now what”?
You’ve earned the right to a great life now, but what on earth does that look like?
It looks fabulous, full of joy and utterly gorgeous that's what!
Your conscious mind is just throwing a veil over it and hiding it from you (hypnosis pulls back that veil btw) because it’s not sure how it will keep you safe out there.
But I can assure you that it is safe, your mind is tricking you.
You didn’t walk through the fire to play small now, your story is just getting started!
It’s the part in the movie where you have slayed the dragon and you can now go on triumphantly to claim your reward!
This is exciting and so well deserved!
You're at a crossroads, you can either turn back and shrink back into the person you were before this all hit, or strive forward and claim who you are now.
Life is what you make of it, let's make it amazing!
Come have a future-self hypnosis with me to find that bright future without the mind getting in the way. We can then wire these beliefs in and make a plan to embody your future self and make it a reality!

My Unexpected Routine Breast Cancer Mammogram Results
Переглядів 1,2 тис.3 роки тому
I went to my routine mammogram screening this year wondering what the point was. I know I'm fine and they only check the well-behaved breast, so why keep going every year? I had discounted the whole thing until the letter landed on my doormat. I almost didn't even open it as I knew it would just say that I was fine. Except that it didn't say that at all. Flax is estrogenic as well as peas. You look fabulous and thank you for your videos. My breast cancer is highly estrogenic and progesterone driven.

    • @LouisaGordon
      @LouisaGordon 2 роки тому

Hi Lisa, how are you doing? I take flax because my cancer nutritional therapist suggested them and they get a special mention in the book "Take Breast Cancer off your menu" by Hilda Glickman. In there, Dr Christine Horner states that flaxseeds have more potent medicinal qualities for breast cancer then any other known edible plant. The Omega 3 in flax is important to build healthy new cells and they are very high in Lignans (100 times more then any other plant) which reduces the growth of Human ER negative breast cancer cells in mice and prevented it travelling to other parts of the body. It reduced metastasis by 52%. Flax also reduces oestrogen in your body because it's high in fibre. Oestrogen binds to fibre so it clears it away out of your body when its excreted. It also blocks male hormones converting to oestrogen and prevents cancerous cells getting a blood supply. I also like them as they feed your friendly gut bacteria with soluble fibre which is important. What an impressive little seed! It suggests not cooking with flaxseed oil but to use 1 to 2 tablespoons a day of ground flaxseeds. (I put it in my oats in the morning, also great in smoothies!) Keep them in the fridge as the oxidise quickly. Hmmmm, maybe they deserve their own video!
